I know firsthand how challenging fibromyalgia can be, and I’m here to help you navigate it with practical strategies, compassion, and hope.

For years, I struggled with chronic pain, fatigue, and the frustration of trial-and-error treatments. As a former nurse turned Nutritional Therapist and Wellness Coach, I’ve learned that true relief comes from a holistic approach, one that includes nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and stress management.

There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, but I believe small, intentional changes can make a big difference in how you feel every day.

My goal is to share evidence-based strategies, along with the lessons I’ve learned through personal experience, so you don’t have to go through this alone.

Why the artichoke?
At Fibro Wellness Hub, every choice I make is intentional—including my logo. You might be wondering, why an artichoke? This beautiful, layered vegetable holds deep meaning for me, symbolizing hope, resilience, and the journey toward healing.

An artichoke isn’t just any vegetable. Its tough, protective layers remind me of the challenges of living with fibromyalgia and chronic illness—sometimes overwhelming, often complex. But as you peel back each layer, you uncover a tender, nourishing core, a perfect metaphor for the strength, compassion, and inner wellness we all carry within us.

The soft greens and purples in my design were chosen to evoke calm, renewal, and balance—things I strive to foster in your wellness journey. The watercolor effect represents life with chronic illness: imperfect yet beautiful and full of possibility.
Above all, the artichoke represents hope—the belief that no matter how many layers of difficulty you face, there’s something truly wonderful at the center. Fibro Wellness Hub is here to help you navigate those layers, offering guidance, support, and a community that understands.
